You’re bound to have questions about how we work that you want answering before contacting us. We’ve tried to answer some of the most common questions below. However, if we’ve not covered your question, please get in touch, we’d be very happy to answer it for you.
Meetings are either held face to face at our office or in clients’ homes. If you prefer, we can also conduct meetings via Zoom video chat, or through standard phone calls. We are completely flexible and open to whatever works best for our client’s needs.
Yes, we have parking.
No, initial meetings are at our expense.
It helps us to see a snapshot of your existing plans and arrangements so, if possible, bring along a few pieces of documentation that will give us that information. Other than that, we cover all key areas as part of the advice process.
First meetings usually last around one hour.
No, we never engage in a “hard style” and leave it completely up to you to decide whether, and when, you’d like to proceed.
Yes, we are an independent, whole-of-market firm. That means we have no restrictions placed on the providers or products we can source for you
Yes, we are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You can see our registration details here.
We have a team on hand so contact the office and any one of our team will be happy to help. Typically, our financial planners have access to emails even on holiday!
For initial services, we charge either by way of a fixed fee or a percentage of your funds. Our fees are calculated specifically and are not a generic, one-size-fits-all percentage.
For ongoing services, we charge a percentage of the funds you have under management.
All fees are discussed in detail during our initial discussions and no payable work is ever undertaken unless you give your express written agreement to the costs.
